From Ideas to Work
Four separate stages. Today the project is gathering ideas and recruiting participants; no community initiative has been announced yet.
Gather Ideas
Residents share an idea, a few words, or a full vision statement. Participation is voluntary.
Identify Priorities
Related submissions are grouped into themes so common priorities, differences, and concerns are visible.
Recruit Participants
People can say they want to help with a theme, either anonymously or by leaving an email to be contacted.
Carry Out Work
Only real initiatives, with details maintained by organizers, are shown as active work. Submission counts alone are not progress.
Why We Are Doing This
Tallahassee is home to world-class universities, the National MagLab, beautiful trails and canopy roads, state government, growing healthcare innovation, sports, entrepreneurs, artists, families, and neighborhoods with powerful stories.
This is a place with tremendous potential. This project invites the community to help define where we go next.
Get Involved
Have an idea? Share it, read what others submitted, and let organizers know if you want to help when a real initiative forms.
