Acceptance of terms

By using TLH Vision, including submitting a vision, liking content, or browsing the site, you agree to these Terms and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Who may use this site

You must be at least 13 years old to submit content to TLH Vision. By submitting, you represent that you meet this requirement. Parents or guardians who believe a minor under 13 has submitted content may contact us for removal.

What you may submit

We welcome genuine ideas, hopes, and priorities for Tallahassee and Florida's Capital Region. Submissions should reflect your honest perspective about the community's future: housing, transportation, jobs, education, environment, culture, and more.

By submitting, you grant TLH Vision a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and aggregate your submission and name on the platform and in related materials (reports, social media, presentations about community priorities).

Prohibited content

Do not submit content that:

• Is hateful, threatening, or harassing toward any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Contains profanity, slurs, or sexually explicit material.
• Is spam, duplicate, or deliberately repetitive.
• Includes personal information about another individual (name, address, phone number, etc.).
• Promotes illegal activity or violence.
• Is intentionally false or deceptive.
• Is commercial advertising or self-promotion unrelated to a genuine community vision.

Moderation

Every submission passes automated screening. Clean submissions publish immediately; flagged submissions are held for administrator review. Published content can be reported by visitors and is reviewed by administrators. The same standards apply regardless of viewpoint: criticism and disagreement, including about growth, development, or any institution, are welcome. We reserve the right to decline, edit for formatting, or remove any submission that violates these guidelines or that we determine is not in the spirit of the project, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Moderation decisions are final. We are not required to explain individual decisions, but we strive to be consistent and fair.

No endorsement or guarantee

TLH Vision is a community listening platform. Each vision is the contributor's own viewpoint. Displaying or featuring a vision does not mean we endorse it. We make no representation that any idea submitted will be acted upon by any government, organization, or other party.

The platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any submission or trend data.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit. By submitting, you represent that your vision is your original work (or that you have the right to share it) and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

Termination

We may remove any content or restrict access to the platform at any time if we believe these terms have been violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Community Guidelines from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
